Bevor Community-Arbeit zur Belastung wird: Wie man positive Beziehungen zu Ehrenamtlichen aufbaut, Konflikte frühzeitig erkennt und die eigene Resilienz stärkt. Heute konzentrieren wir uns auf den Präventions-Teil des „Konzepts zum Umgang mit belastenden Situationen in der Arbeit mit Communities (Umbela)" von WMDE. Mit praktischen Tipps für entspanntere Community-Kommunikation und weniger Stress im digitalen und analogen Austausch.
